I'm not sure what the hell's going on here, but that guy is definitely enjoying himself.  Looks like he wins either way.  Poor girl doesn't look too excited though, haha.  I gotta admit, this crazy Japanese sex game is kinda hot, and entertaining at the same time.  It's definitely not like the bland shit I'm used to seeing lately.
