Raul Armenteros, also known as Ramon from "Bang Bus", has been charged with twenty-two counts of animal cruelty after cops found a bunch of zoo of animals locked inside his parked van...

According to reports, he locked up 8 roosters, 4 hens, 4 pigeons, 4 goats and 1 duck.  He tied the goats up and sealed them in plastic bags, one was already dead when the police showed up.

Armenteros and his accomplice were arrested on the spot and both are currently in custody on $110,000 bail.

All I can say is, this guy and his buddy are complete douchebags and should do jail time.  If I had my way, I'd tied them both up in plastic bags and leave them to bake in the sun..
